Construction cleaning services are intended to remove construction-related dust, debris, and residue within the agreed scope.
WLine shall not be responsible for:

- Construction defects
- Paint defects
- Flooring defects
- Improper installations by others
- Damaged finishes
- Material failures
- Water intrusion
- Mold
- Structural issues
- Damage caused by other trades
Clients are responsible for identifying pre-existing conditions before work begins.
5. Millwork, Fixture & Installation Services
WLine provides installation services based on materials supplied by clients, contractors, manufacturers, or third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WLine is not responsible for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Design errors
- Missing components
- Incorrect measurements provided by others
- Material failures
- Product warranty claims
- Hidden site conditions
- Structural deficiencies
Clients shall verify all materials, dimensions, drawings, and specifications before installation begins.
6. Project Delays
WLine shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Site readiness
- Material shortages
- Labor shortages
- Utility interruptions
- Acts of God
- Government actions
- Third-party contractors
- Owner delays
- Access restrictions
Project schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WLine Property & Site Services shall not be liable for:

WLine’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to WLine for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
8. Customer Responsibilities

- Verify site readiness
- Review completed work promptly
Failure to provide reasonable access or safe working conditions may result in project delays or additional charges.
9. Independent Contractors & Subcontractors
WLine may utilize employees, subcontractors, independent contractors, or specialty service providers to perform portions of the work.
WLine reserves the right to determine staffing, scheduling, supervision, and project execution methods.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, text, designs, proposals, marketing materials, and documents remain the property of WLine Property & Site Services.
